Assumptions:
Partner already has a seat configured with Xandr.
Partner has API access enabled and has a username, password, and memberId.
OnSpot Data pushes data to Xandr via the Batch Segment Service API.
The partner will have to ask Xandr to enable the batch segment service for their memberId. It must also be set to accept files in the format that OnSpot uses:
UID,SEG_CODE^MOBILE DEVICE IDENTIFICATION SCHEME
An example of a line in this format:
21d92f02-9cb1-4286-9df1-890226283e98,my test segment^3
Only after Xandr has confirmed that the batch segment service is enabled and set to accept the above file format will the OnSpot platform be able to publish on our Partners behalf.
