Where do I get support for the OnSpot user platform?
Your company/organization has a user assigned as the OnSpot Admin for all platform activities. The Admin is responsible for adding and deleting users and adding/editing/deleting user platform permissions (what features are available to users). The Admin should be your first contact for help.
When logged in, at the bottom right of the screen, you will see the intercom chat icon. Click on it to contact the OnSpot support team. You should receive a response within a few minutes. (NOTE: whenever you use the chat feature for support, please include as many details as possible related to the issue you are experiencing, including audience name, error messages, and associated files or screen shots of the issue.)

What are the OnSpot support hours?
Normal support hours are 9 am to 8 pm EST, however, our staff does periodically check Intercom after hours and may be able to respond during off hours. For holidays, there will be an Intercom message posted detailing holiday support hours.
