Lookback refers to the date period for mobile devices we have cataloged at specific locations. OnSpot uses a 12-month rolling calendar look back. Geoframes and Audiences can be built for custom date periods within that 12 months. We recommend varying look back date ranges depending on your audience and campaign goals.

NOTE: Data outside those 12 months will be marked as "Out of Date" in the platform. You can clone the audience with new dates if you'd like to continue to utilize the audience.
