Report is taking a long time. Should I just recreate or re-run it?

The processing time for building audiences and generating the associated Insight, Demographic, Heatmap, Attribution and other .csv downloads can take several minutes to several hours, depending on the current jobs in your organization's queue, and size and scope of the job. Once submitted, the job should process, but you may need to give it time. However, sometimes jobs can get corrupted due to data structure or errors in internet connections. If your job has taken longer than 4 hours to complete, contact support via Intercom to have the team look into what may be causing delays.

Note: DO NOT clone, or initiate the exact same audience build, or reporting job if there is a delay in processing, this will only cause further delays and create additional jobs in the queue for your organization, which will slow things down for all users. When in doubt, contact support on Intercom.
