Yes. The Attribution Report can handle up to 20 million devices or 1,000 Geoframes for either Target or Destination audiences. We do not recommend creating attribution reports with more than 1,000 Geoframes for the "Destination" audiences, as the foot traffic results will likely have quite a lot of overlap (device observations at many different destination locations) and may not give you the pinpointed data to evaluate campaign success that you are looking for.
