Attribution reports, like all other reports, take time to process. Factors on processing time include:
The number of devices and Geoframes in both the Target and Destination Audiences
The current production queue of your organization
This processing time can take minutes to several hours.
In rare occurrences, files can get corrupted or interrupted while uploading to the server, causing them to show processing, when in fact they are stalled.
Note: DO NOT clone, or initiate the exact same audience build, or reporting job if there is a delay in processing, this will only cause further delays and create additional jobs in the queue for your organization, which will slow things down for all users. When in doubt, contact support on Intercom.
The risk of re-publishing/rerunning audiences/jobs (when you think it hasn't completed) will cause delays both in our system and at the DSP, particularly when the audiences are large. In the Audience Detail screen, when you see a green line next to your publish, that is confirmation that the job has completed successfully. If your job has taken longer than 4 hours to complete and still has a grey line next to it, or if it has failed and has a red line next to it, contact support via Intercom to have the team look into what may be causing delays.
