There is time information displayed on certain sections of Insight & Attribution Reports, as well as the Device Observation & Locations Report Downloads.

The time displayed on the visual reports is the local time based on the geoframe or geography. For example, if your Insight Report contains geoframes from different time zones - the "Visits by Hour" section will aggregate together the local time of devices observed for a given hour. In other words, if geoframes within the audience span both Pacific and Eastern time zones, all devices observed at "1pm" will be grouped together in this section of the report.

If you run a report for a location in a single time zone, the times shown on the .csv downloads will all be displayed in the location time zone.

Certain reports have a column that display UNIX based "timestamp" (unformatted). This will be the UTC time, not local time.
