Yes, within the Audience Library you can merge multiple audiences together to create a new, combined audience. This procedure does not delete or replace the original audiences, but simply adds a new combined audience into the library.
If you are merging Geoframe-based audiences (Geoframe, Quick Select, Commercial Address upload, Lat/Long upload, Rapid Geoframe Builder, or Geoframe upload audiences), the resulting merged audience can be used as either a target or destination in Attribution Reporting.
You can also take a merged audience in the Audience Library and add more audiences to it by creating a new merged audience in the same manner. Once an audience is merged, it cannot be un-merged, but the original individual audiences will still be available in the library.
The newly merged audience will have this icon next to it in the library.
Things to consider when merging audiences:
The combined total device count in the merged audience cannot exceed 20 million.
The following Geoframe-based audience types can be combined for resulting Insight Reports, Attribution Reports (target or destination), publishing, and downloads associated with Geoframe-based audiences:
Commercial Address Upload
Geoframe (drawn polygons) Audience
Geoframe Upload
Lat/Long Upload
Rapid Geoframe Builder
Trade Area Audience
Quick Select Audience
The following Device-based audience types, when merged with other device-based audiences, or as a combination of a Device-based and Geoframe-based audiences will result in a merged audience that behaves like a Device-based audience. You can generate Demographics reports, Attribution Reports (as target audience), publishing, and downloads associated with Device-based audiences which include:
Attribution Responder Audience
Audience Upload
Demographics Audience (including Political)
Predicted Movers Audience
Residential Address Audience
Web Pixel Audience
If you combine a Geoframe-based and Device-based audience in your merge, you will see the following message:
The total device count in a merged audience is 20,000 devices. If you attempt to combine audiences that exceed this device count, you will see this error message:
