The USPS codes certain zip codes as "unique" and not simple residential or commercial. The data we purchase from outside vendors for our demographic selector and household matching includes only addresses coded as Residential.

As a result, some demographic selector audiences, such as a college campus with a "unique" coded zip code, may show a significantly reduced number of matches.
