To enable publishing capabilities to your DSP(s) of choice, follow the steps below. A list of DSPs that we directly integrate with or can publish to via Deal ID are listed here.
Your Organization Admin goes to Administer Organizations section of the platform
Click the 3 dots (far right) next to the Organization's listing
Choose EDIT
Select the Publishing Credentials tab
Select the DSP you would like to add credentials for. If a DSP is not listed and you are expecting it to be there, contact your support representative to enable publishing permissions to that DSP.
Click Add New Credential Set
Give this new credential set a name (required)
Fill in the other fields (may vary among DSPs) such as Member ID, Account ID Username, and Password.
Save.
IMPORTANT. Make sure all applicable users have been given the permission set to publish to that DSP or social network (in user settings).
If you want to send audiences to a different account at the same DSP, follow the same steps to Add New Credential Set and add the ad account's name in Credential Set Name. Then your users can choose that sub-account name when publishing.
