Create an attribution report schedule based on selected target and destination audiences that will automatically clone on a monthly basis.

NOTE: You must create a new attribution report during the scheduling process. You cannot create a schedule for an existing attribution report.

Users can create a schedule that will automatically generate a new attribution report each month using a cloned version of the destination audience(s) for the previous calendar month. There is an option to continue using the original target audience or roll it forward with an updated clone for each report. Attribution reports can be scheduled for up to 12 months. Once the schedule is created, a new attribution report will be generated as soon the previous month’s data is available.

How To Use:

Step 1: Hover over the 4th option on the left menu and select “Schedule Attribution Reports”

Step 2: Click on “+ Add New Schedule”

Step 3: Add Target and Destination audiences as usual from a standard report.

Step 4: After adding in the audiences, you will arrive at the last setup page where you will be greeted by the new options as seen with the red arrows below.

NOTE: When making any changes to the scheduling, please refer to the Green Summary box located on the right. This box will auto update when you make changes and will notify you of what you can expect once you hit Save & Run Report. It is highly recommended to reread this summary as you make changes.

Step 5: The first new options to go over is the start date of the attribution report. You will find these options in the bottom left above Save & Run Report

- If you are creating a report the day of and would like to continue a schedule, select Start ASAP. This will produce a report ASAP and schedule the rest of the monthly reports.

- If you plan on starting attribution reports later on into the campaign, select Start Next Month. This will start the first attribution report at the beginning of the next month.

Step 6: Select if you would like the destination audience to be cloned on the first report or starting on the second report.

- If you select Start ASAP, we recommend cloning on the second run.

- If you select Start Next Month, we recommend cloning on the first run.

Step 7: Next step is to select if you would like the target audience to also be cloned as well with the new reports. This option is located in the top right.

- If your Target audience has set date ranges that do not change through out the campaign, do no select this option.

- If your Target audience is being updated every month as new data becomes available, select Roll Target Dates Forward. This will clone the Target audience as each new report becomes available at the beginning of the month.

Step 8: Lastly, select how many months you would like the schedule to continue for. You will find this option in the top right labeled Recur for. Example, if you would like reports for the next 6 months, select Recur for 6 Months.

NOTE: Why can’t I select 12 months?
If you have not opted to roll targets forward, and have selected polygon based target audience(s), you are limited by when their date ranges become out of date. Selecting "Roll Target Dates Forward" will allow you to run a schedule up to 12 Months.

To Delete a Schedule or cancel the remaining reports, click on the 3 dot menu on the right in the Scheduled Attribution Reports menu.

Start Next Month – The first attribution report will be generated at the start of the next month.

Start ASAP – The first attribution report will be immediately generated followed by new attribution reports at the beginning of the subsequent months.

Clone on second run – Cloning of the target and destination audiences will occur on the 2nd scheduled report. The first report will use the original date ranges from the selected audiences.

Clone on first run – Cloning of the target and destination audiences will occur on the 1st scheduled report.
