Getting started publishing audiences to a Meta ad account.

Getting Started

  1. Contact your OnSpot Customer Success Manager to set up necessary user permissions to enable publishing to Facebook.

  2. Make sure that you have an administrator role on both the Meta Business Manager and Ad Manager Account. Here are instructions for adding people to the account.

  3. Send both your Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager Account IDs to your OnSpot Customer Success Manager.

Find Your Meta Business Manager Account ID

  1. Identify your Meta Business Account ID

  2. Copy the account ID in an email to your OnSpot Customer Success Manager

  1. Identify your Meta Ad Account ID

  2. Copy the account ID in an email to your OnSpot Customer Success Manager

Publishing Steps

Your OnSpot Customer Success Manager will send you back two links to complete the Meta custom audience Terms & Conditions.
