When building an audience using Quick Select, you may be wondering how to choose the set up of your search query within the 4 available options for the best results for your campaign. These options are:

  • Business Name

  • Category

  • Brand Name

  • Brand Category

Business Name

Best used for small to medium size businesses or non-regional or national brands.

Example search terms: Chinese restaurant, brewery, dentistry, yoga

Category

Best used for small to medium size businesses or non-regional or national brands.

Example search terms: Automotive repair, bookstores, pet grooming, window cleaning

Brand Name

Best used for regional or national brand name businesses.

Multi-Location Local Business or Regional Chain

Example search terms: Big 5 Sporting Goods, King Soopers, Harmon Discount, Christmas Tree Shops

Multi-Location National Brand Name

Example search terms: Target, The Home Depot, Verizon Wireless

Brand Category

Best used for regional or national brand name businesses.

Multi-Location Local Business or Regional Chain

Multi-Location National Brand Name
