Google Chrome is the preferred browser to use when working in the OnSpot Data Management Platform (DMP).
Here are troubleshooting steps if you are seeing a blank screen when attempting to create Geoframes in the Google Chrome browser:
In Google Chrome, click on the 3 dots to the right of the URL bar and select "Settings"
On the left-hand menu, click on "system"
Make sure that "Use graphics acceleration when available" is toggled on:
Save your settings, restart Google Chrome, and log back into the OnSpot DMP. You should now be able to see the Create Geoframe map:
