Before you get started - make sure you've sent your Meta Business Manager & Ad Manager account IDs to your OnSpot Customer Success Manager.
Publishing Steps
Your OnSpot Customer Success Manager will send you back two links to complete the Meta custom audience Terms & Conditions.
Select an audience from the audience library and click the 3 dot "action" menu.
Choose the option to "Publish"
Select “Facebook” in the "Select Publish Destination" dropdown menu.
Click "Connect to Facebook" button.
Input the Facebook login credentials for the user that is the admin on the Facebook Business account and Ad Manager accounts.
Click "Edit Previous Settings"
Click "opt-in to all current and future businesses" - this ensures that you can publish to any future accounts you may create.
Click "continue" then "Save" and then "Got It"
Select which ad account you would like to upload the audience to, select any extensions, if applicable, and hit “Publish”
Republish is the only scheduling option available. If you do not wish to set a publishing schedule ignore this section and hit “Publish”
Criteria for Ad Account Inclusion
Associated with your Facebook user (Admin or Advertiser role)
Account status is set to active
Facebook “Custom Audience Terms” have been accepted
Facebook Ad account is a Business account (due to Facebook guidelines)
Audiences and campaigns meet Facebook's Advertising Policy guidelines
