We have added new functionality to publish audiences to TikTok. Please reach out to your OnSpot Customer Success Manager to provide you with access to publish to TikTok and set up a brief training call.

To publish, navigate to the Audience Library and click the 3 dot “action menu” to the right of the audience you’d like to publish, or click the publish button from “View Audience Details.”

Next, select TikTok from the dropdown menu at the top of the Publish screen. Select any applicable extensions and click “Connect to TikTok.” Enter the login credentials associated with your TikTok ads manager account. Make sure all access boxes are checked and click “confirm.”

Select the applicable TikTok ad account, set up your publishing schedule if needed, and publish your audience.

Your custom audience will be located in TikTok Ads Manager > Tools > Audience Manager.
