We have developed a brand-new analytics report called the Journey Report. The Journey Report provides in-depth insights into visitor behavior and trends for data-driven audience targeting and optimization.

To create a Journey Report, navigate to the audience library and click the 3 dot “action” menu to the left of the audience you would like to report on.

NOTE: You can only create a Journey Report for Geoframe-based audiences that contain between 2 and 100 Geoframes.

Once the report has processed, you will be able to view the following metrics for all locations, or specific locations in the audience.

Visit Length in Minutes - Take into consideration the type of location and how long a typical visitor will be present at the location.

Visitation Trends - View location visits by date, day-of-week, or hour-of-day.

Demographic Attributes - Analyze Household Income, Age, Gender, Children in the Household, Homeownership & Net Worth breakouts.

Political Affiliation - Determine what political party visitors are associated with as a percentage of all visits.

Location Visit Journey - See what steps a visitor took to make it to your location and where they went after their visit.

Household & Workplace Zip Code Heatmaps - View where visitors to the locations you are analyzing live and or work.

Count of Visitors who Reside Inside Search Radius – Shows the number of devices residing within "Search Radius" of that cell. This can be used for market research and site selection to find regions of the map in which many customers reside but do not have a location nearby.

Distances Traveled to Location – Details how many miles visitors travel to visit the location(s) as a percentile.

Cross-Shopping – Understand how many unique and total visits occur between different locations. Identify top competitors by looking at which locations share visitors.
