The maximum area that you can draw for a geoframe is approximately 1.1 square miles. If the area being Geoframed is too big, an error message will appear asking you to use a smaller area.

If you are trying to target a larger demographic area, consider using the Trade Area Audience tool from a single Geoframe audience, or entering zip codes into the Demographic Selector.
