CRM Sales Matchback, Campaign ROI Reporting

We have created an automated way to generate Campaign Impact Reports. This report ties customer CRM residential address data to the Target Audience(s) you used in your campaign – allowing you to demonstrate how many customers you gained that were targeted with your advertising.

To create a Campaign Impact Report, navigate to the left-hand menu of the platform and select “Create Campaign Impact Report”

Label your report and upload your residential address customer file.

Note: Your customer CRM file must be a .csv UTF-8 file format and contain the following headers – address, city, state. zip, zip-4. The zip-4 field is optional and can be left blank but you must include the header. Please download the .csv template as needed.

Select your Target Audience(s) that you would like to match up to the customer CRM list you uploaded. You can select multiple audiences from the search results by checking the boxes to the left of each audeince. Click “Submit.”

Once the job has completed you will receive an email with the Campaign Impact Report attached.
