Steps to Generating and Sharing Visual Reports from an Audience

To create Visual Reports (Insight, Demographic, Heatmap, Political) for an audience, follow these steps. NOTE: Insight reports are only available for Geoframe-based audiences.

  1. Create your audience - more on audience types here

  2. Click the 3 dot "action" menu next to the audience name

  3. Click "Generate/Share Reports"

  4. Toggle on or off which Report(s) you want to generate

  5. Monitor the progress of the Report in the Job Status Indicator in the top right of the screen (gear icon)

You can view the reports by either clicking the 3 dot "action" menu and re-selecting "Generate/Share Reports) and using the check box menu click which report(s) you want to view and click "View Reports" button. The reports will open in a new window on your browser. You can share this URL with any user inside or outside of your organization.
