Quickly create an audience from uploading a .csv file of residential (household) addresses. Our system will deliver Mobile Ad IDs associated with those addresses.
Steps for Creating Residential Address Audience:
Navigate to the "uploads" tab on the left hand navigation and select "Residential Address Audience"
Use the .csv template for proper formatting of address, city, state and zip codes and enter your data. NOTE: Files must be saved in CSV UTF-8 format and all addresses must be in the United States. You do not have to fill in zip-4 data, but the header must be in the file for a successful upload.
Limit of 50,000 rows per upload
We have provided a downloadable template on the Residential Address upload that you can copy/paste your data into to ensure you have the correct formatting and file type.
Here's an article detailing some of the common errors when uploading. Keep in mind that the template header is case sensitive, you need to use state abbreviations instead of full state names, and make sure there are no blank fields or missing data in any of the columns.
