How do I reset my password?

On the login page, there is a “Forgot Password?” link. Click on that link to change your password.

How do I get access to other platform features?

All available platform features, roles and permissions are granted by your organization’s OnSpot administrator. Some features have optional charges when activated and therefore, OnSpot does not add or change permissions for individual users, but your company’s admin can.

I want to know more about OnSpot's data - how does it work?

Can I segment my audience by age?

This question is typically asked by clients who do not want to advertise to underage individuals. OnSpot does not know who is carrying or using a particular mobile device. We only know the phone’s Mobile Advertising ID. We do not have access to the phone number, the name it is registered to and no other personal identifying information (commonly referred to as PII). For example, we do not know if a father registered a phone and gave it to his child. Your DSP should be able to assist you here and offer more filtering options.

Additionally, our Demographic selection tool allows you to select specific age ranges, beginning with 18+.

Does OnSpot offer an API?

Yes, OnSpot does offer qualifying organizations an API (application programming interface).  Check with your OnSpot account executive for more details.
