After you have built your audience, you are likely looking to take action in a variety of ways. Below are things you can do with your audience by going to the "View Audience Details" screen and how to check on whether or not the processes you've executed have completed.

Click on the 3 dot action menu to the left of any audience and select "View Details"

From here, you will see a variety of statistics related to your audience:

Note: Some menu options vary depending on audience type

  • Count: The number of devices associated this audience

  • # of Geoframes: The number of Geoframed locations in this audience

  • Date Range: The lookback date range associated with the audience

  • Created: Created date and time stamp associated with the audience

Overview Tab

  • Downloads: This area will list any downloads you've initiated for the audience.

  • Jobs: This area will list any jobs, or processes you've initiated for the audience, including reports, downloads, and publishes.

    • Jobs will display in 1 of 3 statuses: GREY = Processing, GREEN = Completed, RED = Failed.

  • Publication Information: This area will list all publications of your audience.

    • Publication - lists the DSP or Social Network Name, including whether it is the base audience or extended audience.

    • Last Published - date of the last publish.

    • Last Count - number of devices in the last publish - Note that if there is no number listed in this column, this line is still in-process or has failed. See job color code details above.

    • Remaining Publishes - if this audience is on a publish schedule, this column will detail how many publishes are remaining in the schedule.

    • Recur Type - Whether the audience is a RENEW, REFRESH, or REPUBLISH schedule type. More information on this here.

    • Lookback - For each new publication, the lookback time frame will bring in any new devices seen in the geoframes within the days, weeks, or months set up during scheduling.

  • Audience Clones: This area will list any source audiences that this current audience was cloned from.

Geoframe Tab

For Geoframe-based audiences, you will see a "Geoframe" tab next to the "Overview" tab. The Geoframe tab details specific device count details for the individual Geoframes in the audience.

Action Menu

When viewing the "Overview" tab on an audience, you will see a menu of options on the right-hand side of the screen:
